I am Professor of Comparative Political Economy and Vice President for European and International Affairs at the Europa University Flensburg. My research is concerned with institutional regimes governing employment, education and innovation in regional economies. In particular, I focus on the nexus between family structures and entrepreneurial performance in Mediterranean countries. My work is motivated by a theoretical interest in the solution of collective action problems in social dilemma settings.
